New Century Global Center... Hmm, Century?... as in Asian Century? New Century, indeed!
NOTE (2 days after the initial publication of the post): amazingly, the video in English that I picked from Youtube was immediately pulled out so you don't see videos of consequence in English about this fantastic piece of human engineering (3 times as big as the Pentagon, can contain 20 Sydney Opera Houses, etc., containing an arificial island with beach & a skating rink, complete with an artificial sun). I chose a substitute from a Youtube account of a Russian.
