Okeanskii Prospekt is the big road sprouting from the main shopping drag, Svetlanskaya Ulitsa, uphill towards Partizanskaya Ulitsa that connects to the Commie blocks of the suburbs. Still lined with classical Russian-European designs. It should stay that way as Vladivostok is slowly reconfigured by high rises.
